UK Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £25. For orders under £25, a £2.99 shipping fee applies. Orders arrive within 2-3 working days after processing (1 business day).

  • Next-Day Delivery: Need it fast? Opt for next-day delivery at £4.99, Available for any order size when placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday. Free next-day delivery on orders over £75. ( This service uses Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day, but please allow 1–2 working days as delays can occasionally occur. )

 

European Delivery:

- **Tracked and Signed Delivery:** £14.99

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Guidelines:

  • Standard Returns:
    You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Supplements (Tablets, Powders, Oils, Sprays):
    For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed. We cannot accept returns for any opened or used supplement products, even if unused. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Damaged During Shipping:
    If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue appropriately.

  • Defective Items:
    Noticed a defect? Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Exclusions – Damage Due to Chewing:
    Items damaged due to chewing, especially when used against our recommendations, are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Statutory Rights Unaffected:
    This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act, including your right to return faulty goods.
